Courthouse to Be Less Racist

Usually, these blog posts are about being a personal injury lawyer in Georgia, car accidents in Atlanta, Marietta, Decatur, McDonough, Macon, ect., but today is different.  I will write about something that is not about personal injury attorney ideas and laws.  A recent law related article got my attention and created the motivation to the write this article. As an Atlanta car injury lawyer, I know that courthouses are neutral places, and such behavior is an overt articulation of an imbalance of justice in that courtroom.

Jackson, Georgia Courthouse

Terrible news for the racists.  The Adams County courthouse in Nebraska is removing a degrading photo of the President of United States of America, Barack Obama.  The photo is a black and white image of the president smoking a cigarette in his youth hung beside the current governor.  County Supervisor Eldon Orthmann is the racist who actually had the picture matted, framed, and put it on the wall.

They are now taking it down after someone complained enough to make them take it down.  The next question is how will his voters react?

When you need a Georgia tractor trailer accident lawyer for Atlanta, Marietta, McDonough or Jackson, you should contact an attorney right now.  There are laws in Georgia limiting the amount of time you have to file your lawsuit called statute of limitations.  There are also time limits dealing with notifying certain insurance companies to be able to recover full compensation from your Atlanta, Marietta, McDonough or Jackson personal injury lawsuit. You should chose a Georgia lawyer that has experience dealing with insurance companies on a daily basis.  If the accident was in Atlanta or McDonough, the Georgia laws are the same.  The same applies if the personal injury claim arose in Macon or Marietta or anywhere in Georgia.  Our law firm will represent you to our fullest to provide full compensation under the law for your injuries.
