A 23-year-old Conyers man who was killed in a hit-and-run accident Sunday morning on the Downtown Connector.
Atlanta Police said that Mr. Jacob Halbrooks may have been struck by a black BMW. The police say there was a witness to the deadly hit-and-run accident. That person gave the tentative description of the car on Monday to the local police.
