Griffin Rapper Killed

This is a sad posting from the Griffin Personal Injury Lawyer.

It is being reported that up and coming young rapper, Young Hott.

He was filming his first music video when everything happened.  It is being reported that while filming the video several people opened fire on the group of workers.  Several people were injured and the rapper was killed.

Police reported Bahir Howard, 22, Corderra Walker, 21, Terry Fuller, 21, and Terrance Jones, 23, were being held on charges including murder, aggravated battery and child cruelty.

This is an example of a wrongful death case.  Because of an intentional killing, a wrongful death claim should be made.  However, in a case like this, those kids likely don’t have anything, but a bad future.  If they are found guilty, they should get life.

The value of the case would be slightly difficult to properly determine.  His family would be able to recover all the money he would have in his life.  With a career on the horizon, this would be an interesting case to litigate.  As a lawyer, I know this would raise certain complex legal issues that would need to be address.  Money does not put the pieces back together.  It looks like Young Hott was going to have a good, fun life.  We wish his loved ones our best wishes.
