Cobb County Boy Injured Crossing Road

Three people were hit by a car crossing the road in Cobb County on Saturday. One boy, his mother and another child were all hit by the car. The mother and the other child received minor injuries according to reports. The young boy received more significant injuries. The report indicates that the car that hit them was a SUV. To make matters worse, the driver of SUV left the scene. This is in violation of the law. Georgia law requires drivers to stay at the scene of the accident and communicate with injured persons until help arrives.
