An accident on I-75 causeed all traffic to stop on the interstate. This is when another driver failed to see everyone stopped on the road. Of course, you know what happens next. That driver slams into the car from the back. The rear end accident caused injuries to both passengers. The driver suffered whiplash, neck and back sprains. The other passenger suffered a concussion. Neither passenger was from Stockbridge, Georgia.

Interstate 75 is a dangerous road. Be sure to check our page on Stockbridge, Georgia. Essentially, one should think of personal injury cases in terms of counties. Therefore, an accident with a driver from McDonough will be exactly the same as an accident with someone from Stockbridge. Now, since both use Henry County Police that will be the same. The one difference I can think of off the top of my head is that the city police of each city may be more willing to prosecute citations such as reckless driving, DUI, and other types of violations that would add value to your settlement.
