The police officer describes the women driving the SUV as a white woman. She is in her 20′s with blond hair. Her hair is curly and goes to the shoulder. Henry County police are still looking for the women who hit someone with her car.
The driver appears to be liable for any and all damages for the pedestrian. The injured person can recover lost wages, pain and suffering, medical and hospital bills, and damages for future medical bills and suffering. Also, in a situation like this, punitive damages might be available.
