What is bail? Bail is a monetary promise to return to the next and future court hearings. If you do not come, the District Attorney will ask that bond be forfeited and warrant for arrest issued. This is sometimes referred to as jumping bail. So, in this case the bond of $150,00 will be given to the court for good if he does not appear before the court. He will get the money back if he does regardless if he is later found guilty or not guilty.

Sneiderman’s Attorney & Alleged DUI on Buford Highway
Attorney Jennifer Little, recently hired by the widow of Dunwoody day care shooting victim Rusty Sneiderman, was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with suspected DUI, speeding and reckless driving according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Little driving on I-85 near Buford Highway around 12:30 a.m. when she was allegedly stopped by the Atlanta police, who clocked her at 91 mph. The speed limit is 55. This upsets me.
