It is being reported that Georgia has the 8th highest insurance rates for car drivers in the United States.  Louisiana has the highest, but Georgia bing number 8 is a big deal.  The report indicates that some states have less serious car accidents, than the state of Georgia.  It could be that people in Georgia driver faster, but it is more likely that our open state causes us to drive more.  It also is reported that cars are more likely to be stolen.
