Our only alternative is to look to the insurance policy of the driver that was actually get in to see if there are any additional policies that might be applicable in this situation.

First of all, I would look for any medical payment insurance in your policy. This would allow us to compensate medical professionals to give you treatment so that your injuries will eventually heal otherwise if you do not have insurance it will be extremely difficult to get you the proper medical treatment.

The next thing we would need to look for is the availability of any uninsured motorist coverage insurance.
