Just when you thought the 2012 election season couldn’t get any stranger, it just did. A lawsuit has just been filed in the U.S. Northern District Court in Atlanta, Georgia by attorney Joseph P. McClelland against Mitt Romney and the Mormon Church of Ladder Day Saints.
Attorney McClelland has filed a complaint on behalf of his client, Mr. Goldberg, a Jewish rabbi who lived in Dade County, Florida, before moving to Atlanta, Georgia shortly before his death, several weeks before the most recent Hanukkah. That in of itself is no news story, but what happens next is.

That in of itself is no news story, but what happens next has just made Newt Gingrich the likely nominee.

Mitt Romney Admitting to Baptizing the Dead

As many people know, the Mormon Church often goes about baptizing people that are dead…and are not Mormons. Yes, you heard that right. Want to get baptized as a Mormon? It is easy. Just die. Mitt Romney will make sure to tithe enough money to have someone come over to your grave and go all Mormon on your dead ass.

Recent photographs given to attorney McClelland reveal Mr. Romney sneaking into the Greenwood Cemetery (Jewish Section). The photos, as described by the Goldberg’s attorney, also contain Mitt conducting the baptism himself.

The Goldberg family was not happy when they found out what had happened to their father, a Rabbi. The family was outraged. The family, with members across the southeast, contacted attorney Joseph P. McClelland. With the help of a skilled litigator, justice was going to be had.

The legal complaint against Mitt Romney includes charges of intentional infliction of emotional distress and the desecration of body. The damages sought are 3.7 million dollars.

Mr. Mokotoff, an expert on the subject of Mormons baptizing Jewish people, explained that the practice “shows incredible insensitivity to the anguish of living relatives of these martyrs, some of whom saw their loved ones murdered. . . . Baptism is a Christian ceremony that is particularly repugnant to Jews. It reminds us of the centuries of persecution against Jews where our ancestors were given a choice: be baptized or suffer death.”

“She couldn’t understand how anyone can take a man who was a religious Jew all his life, and who was murdered for being a Jew, and baptise him. To my knowledge, once somebody’s been baptised, there’s no way to get the church to unbaptise him.”

“At present, this practice is known to only a few Jewish-American genealogists who noticed the entries in the International Genealogical Index. Once the Jewish world community is aware of the practice, it will seriously strain relations between Mormons and Jews.”

Did you know that Mormon Church members have baptized Buddha, various Popes, 9/11 hijackers, William Shakespeare, Joan of Arc, Elvis Presley, President Obama’s mother and Holocust survivors? Add to that list Mr. Goldberg.

Questions that need to be answered: Laws of Desecration of the Deceased?, Is Being Baptized as a Mormon Cruel? Is Baptizing Dead People Totally Uncool or Totally Awesome?

This is our first installment of fake legal news. More will come because this was just too easy and fun. Remember, Mitt Romney did not get sued for baptizing dead people. But Mitt Romney baptizes dead people is true. The lawsuit is fake until someone files one.

For some extreme types of injuries surgery will be needed to stabilize the injury and for the best chance of full recovery. Surgery may be needed to fully address the problem and stop future issues that might arise after such an accident. In the case of surgery, we will either get money set aside for any future medical costs or we should hold off on the settlement until the necessary surgery or surgeries has taken place. In children, fractures can disturb the growth plate and lead to numerous other issues down the road. Fractures that extend right into a joint could later result in joint disease or other injuries. A good personal injury lawyer will identify these issues and make sure they are accounted for in the settlement procedures or fully addressed at trial. A fracture diagnosis can be confirmed by an x-ray examinations. After a car accident this is usually done at the emergency room or hospital. Although emergency rooms do not really or are not really set up to treat all injuries, they want to make sure you go are healthy enough to go to a doctor at another time. Remember, this is the emergency room. But, one thing the emergency room will check for after a car accident is for broken bones and fractures.

Good afternoon. I am Mr. Joseph McClelland here with a brief question and answer about personal injury law. I get some good questions from the website. Let me answer one about personal injury cases.
Someone has asked do you need an attorney for personal injury case?
Okay, well, I do have somewhat of a biased opinion since I am a personal injury attorney, but let me get to the point. Should you or do you need a personal injury attorney?. Now, since I am an injury attorney, then the answer is probably going to me yes.

Good afternoon. I am Mr. Joseph McClelland here with a brief question and answer about personal injury law. I get some good questions from the website. Let me answer one about personal injury cases.

Someone has asked do you need an attorney for Georgia personal injury case?

Okay, well, I do have somewhat of a biased opinion since I am a personal injury attorney, but let me get to the point. Should you or do you need a personal injury attorney?. Now, since I am an injury attorney, then the answer is probably going to me yes.

Now, it’s really impossible for me to delve into the issues of of whether not you need attorney for car accident right off the top my head.

Do You Really Need A Lawyer For A GA Personal Injury Claim?

Some things that will always require an attorney:

you sustained any substantial damage to yourself. So, is any personal injuries are of significant nature, then these car accidents will always require a personal injury attorney.

You missed substantial work.

Your life is not the same because of permanent or long lasting disability or pain.

The reason why is that the insurance companies not going to value the extent of your injuries based upon the fact that others have come before you and have done things that maybe they should not have done so the the stakes are higher.

It is important for you to build prove your case at each element along the way. Now, the biggest reason in my opinion why you need an attorney, generally speaking, for persons your case is the fact that these guys are serious and they play hardball. So, it’s like for them is like taking candy from a baby. It’s like someone picking on your younger brother until you show up. Now, I’m your older brother in this circumstance, and the reason I say that is because they can continue to give you offers of nothing. Zero pennies until the day statue limitations is going to pass.

On that day you have to make a decision, either you take the zero pennies or you file lawsuit. Now, I’m assuming that you are not attorney and you have never filed a lawsuit before, so you understand the reason why you will need a personal injury lawyer or at least talk to one.

So, when should a personal-injury attorney get involved why say merely because if if it is a case that a personal-injury attorney thinks that they can successfully handle. I am still make money for for you and for the law firm that is the case to the insurance company can not pay you money. I am. That means that we’ve identified certain things and and the insurance company will not give it to you unless you have an attorney.

Will you get full compensation and money for all the medical bills?

additional medical treatment physical therapy

missed work

contracts you couldn’t get because of the wreck

pain and suffering

They need proof. They need that proof and the particular way to be given the files so they can input it into their computers.

Another reason is about medical bills. What a law firms knows how to do settling medical bills with healthcare providers is tremendous and is something that did not know before entered the personal injury field. I am so glad to have answered your question on do you need an attorney for a personal injury case. So, the answer is sometimes no, but many times yes. In some cases, you have to have a lawyer such as motorcycle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, medical malpractice, faulty products, and wrongful death cases. Also, we have to prove the negligence in some cases that is not clear cut and may require accident reconstruction experts.

The only way to find out is by actually calling an attorney. Since personal injury attorneys work on a contingency basis, that means you don’t pay them until you get paid your settlement, there is no worries. The time watching this video could’ve easily been spent on the phone attorney. Thank you, and I hoped that answered your question in a short way and a long way of Do You Need An Attorney For A Georgia Personal Injury Case?

McClelland’s Top 5 Georgia Personal Injury Articles

1. Motorcycle Attorneys in Atlanta

This article is all about motorcycle attorneys and all the things we do. This article covers topics such as why you need a Georgia motorcycle lawyer, what the attorneys will do, how they help you get the best compensation, why the insurance company will try not to compensate you, and the best types of insurance available for these types of accidents. Sometimes the key to a personal injury claim involving a motorcycle is just finding all of the insurance coverage that would cover the claim. In many cases, the goal is to maximize the value of the claim to get full compensation for the injuries. In motorcycle accident claims, the goal is to find the insurance because the damages will likely exceed the value of most individual policies. We go into the best types of insurance to have if you drive bikes on a regular or part time basis. If you are a biker, this article is for you especially.

2. Wrongful Death Attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia

This article is one of our most popular on our site here at www.jacksonlaws.com. This article covers topics such as who is entitled to bring a claim for the murder or negligent killing of a loved one or family member. We go into the topic of how damages are determined in wrongful death litigation. It is not fair, so be prepared.
In wrongful death cases, the age of the deceased becomes extremely important. Discussing the value of one’s life make almost no sense. How do you put a dollar amount on the love you lost? The law has tried it’s best to find a method to calculate the damages in these cases. This article will cover some of those topics.

3. Joseph McClelland on HG.org

Ok, this post is very self serving. This article is about the ins and outs of our new listing on one of the internet’s most authoritative sites. We are pleased to have this honor. But, since it benefits me more than you as a reader, it is mainly for selfish purposes that I put it one the list. But, hey, if I don’t link to it, who will?

4. Litigation Procedure

One of our best articles on personal injury litigation procedure. We have provided a basic layout of how a car accident case proceeds through the different phases of the litigation. We review the issues of venue in Georgia. This means what county will hear the case. We discuss different aspects of discovery such as interrogatories, depositions and request to produce. We delve into causation and liability issues. We also cover how a jury in a trial or the attorneys with their clients determine the amount of damages in different types of cases.

5. Who Pays the Medical Bills?

This is an important legal article for anyone who has been in an accident that created bills. There will be bills on top of bills. There will be bills from facilities you don’t remember and some bills will seem like double charges. This collection of great injury articles is brought to you by Joseph McClelland.

As a personal injury lawyer and divorce attorney, social media is playing a greater role in my daily practice and I am not talking about Matt Cutts/social media/serps. I am talking about clients either creating the need for legal representation or destroying their own legal case by being online and the footprint you leave behind. Let us go over some popular social media sites and how users could create havoc in their life. Starting with the most popular and dangerous is Facebook.

Facebook: Internet Divorce Maker & Car Accident Killer

Every person that you wanted to sleep with in past is in one place. Every mistake you made has a profile. Every future mistake has a profile. Facebook is by far the biggest home wrecker IMHO and my legal opinion. Oh, I am just catching up with some old friends today, reliving old times the next. Post that photo of you shooting hoops on the day we are claiming compensation for lost wages after a car accident. Comment about how fast you were driving before the accident. Wonder in written form if maybe it was you that was hurt, or maybe that you were never hurt. Talk about the amount you are willing to accept to settle the case. These would be invaluable to opposing counsel before a jury.

The Tweet Timeline & Terrible Tweeting

On Twitter users are limited to 140 characters to get there point across. Some people a great amount of thought into their tweets, but others just run at the mouth. This is where the problem arises. The person that tweets instead of just saying stupid things will put those tweets into the “public record”. The who, what, when, where each tweet raises questions with potentially troubling answers. This is the origin of something I coined called the “Tweet Timeline”. This is when you use the time of the tweets to place someone’s location. In a divorce case, this could be used to show that a client was at home or out with a mysterious lover. In a car accident case, it could be used by an attorney to show the driver was tweeting and that tweet caused the car accident. But, in general, using Twitter causes much fewer issues that the “Home Wrecker”.

These are social bookmarking sites where users vote up and down other’s work. You are safer here in my opinion, but not completely. For example, you think your marriage is going great only to find your spouse is bookmarking divorce articles and divorce attorneys in the local market. Yikes. Let’s hope it is for a friend. But, you can see the types of questions that could be raised with the content you are bookmarking. So, that article you bookmarked about Scarlett Joannson and whats his name just got your wife nervous.

Legal Wrap Up

As a society for the several decades we have been isolated from a sense of community. It just doesn’t exist, even in my own neighborhood. Things have changed, and I am only 35 years old. All of that changed with the internet because you could reach out learn something from a similar mind. When blogging started, we started to basis of a community. Not because of comments, but because more regular people had sites. So, what before needed either a commerical purpose in mind or have to protect an image, bloggers started issuing opinions in mass. People had a voice, although singular in nature, but atleast you an outlet. All of that has changed with social media. Social media IMHO is a curation of the web’s best (or worst) done by all of us. It is the gong show for the internet. There is too much content for me to view, so we rely on each other to pick through the news. The Huffington Post of the Huffington Post. Have fun out there, but be cautious of the trail you leave behind. Love you all.

Should You Hire An Attorney For a Georgia Motorcycle Accident?
As a Motorcycle Accident Attorney in Atlanta, I hear this question a good deal from people. I also see this question in forums and such places. It is an easy answer. That answer is yes. If the attorney is willing to take the time and take the case, then it must be profitable for the attorney to take your case. In that situation, the lawyer feels that one, you have a case, and two, that your case has some value to it.

Now, you may ask the question, why not do it yourself? I hear this question all the time from one of my best friends, in fact. I always try to answer the question like this. Remember, so and so? Remember how he always picked on people. He will say yes. Then, I ask would he pick on someone with an older brother. And he will respond yes, unless he was there. And then, I say exactly. Unless someone is there to back up your threat of calling in help, you are in trouble.

The same goes with the insurance company. You may have a good point about your brother being able to win, but not unless he is there. With the insurance company, unless you have an attorney, why should they take you seriously? Your big brother is not here to protect. Untill he comes, you are helpless. And guess what? There is a time limit. So, eventually, you have to call your brother before the clock runs out. Because when that happens your case is over.

Should You Hire An Attorney For a Motorcycle Accident?

So, should you hire an Atlanta, Georgia personal injury attorney or do you have to contact an Atlanta, Georgia personal injury attorney is really the same question. Can you see that? Why would they ever make you a good offer? Think about that. You cannot take them to court. You cannot make a good opening statement. You cannot even answer their discovery questions and motions without losing the case. They will try and succeed at beating you. It is only fair and just that someone with training beats someone with the same training. Their attorneys have trained. Their claims adjustor has trained. You are just you trying to get back to your old life.

I am not saying that after training you cannot do it. I am not saying that it is beyond your capacity. I am just saying or questioning why you would want to spend all of that time learning what to do. Then, trying to do it for the first time. It is too much to ask of yourself, I think.

Furthermore, the money an attorney can save you medical bills will shock you. Have you seen your medical bills recently? They are not cheap. There are things that you have never heard of that cost more money that some of the best things in anyone’s house. I hope you enjoyed all those services because they have to be paid. You also want to be sure that when you pay them, they can never come back and ask for more money.

Also, you will need to know too much about stacking insurance policies. This is too complicated to discuss in this article. Wait, that further indicates my entire point in this post. That is some things are possible to do. But, some things should be done by someone else. I hope this article shed some light on your questions. For an experienced Atlanta lawyer, contact our office today.

My Back Hurts!

As an attorney people often ask what is the value of the back injury in a car accident settlement. That is an impossible question to answer. There are so many different questions that have to be answered fully understand the value of your case or how much the settlement is worth. For instance, did you seek medical attention right after the accident? Did you follow up with your primary care doctor after the emergency room? Or did you follow-up with a specialist or follow the recommendations of the emergency room’s physician? Were there x-rays or CT scans performed? [...]

Did you start feeling better after a couple days? The start feeling better after couple weeks? Was it months? Are you still injured? Do you see how important these questions can be an personal injury case?

Value of Back Injury Settlements

Now every case has a different value. Some cases are small and some cases a big. And it is an art not a science settling personal injury cases that involves a back injury.

How old are you? Was there a child involved? Was there an elderly or an older person involved? Was there any type of contributed negligence by you? What I mean is that were you speeding or doing something that a jury would find that you in some way or and somehow participated or caused the accident? Was it possible or you for you to completely avoid the accident?

Extent of Injury Changes Settlement

Now, let’s get back to the extent of the injury. Now I’m assuming that you received medical attention. And doctors are not for free. Therefore, I’m assuming that you’ve undergone a series of medical treatments and have corresponding bills. Now, those bills have to be paid. Now it is our job to get the other driver’s insurance company to pay those bills ultimately with a settlement or by taking the insurance company to court in order to obtain a verdict to pay those bills. Now, you’re still asking how much is my back injury case worth in Georgia.

I can only respond to questions about back injury settlements by initially asking more questions. One of the biggest questions would be are you well. And what I mean by that is are you going to require future medical bills. That is very important consideration in any back injury settlement negotiations. For example, if you’re going to require back surgery, then we must factor that in to the negotiations. In most type of cases that require surgery, I find it is best to wait until we all have a clear understanding that you’re going to be completely well when the surgery is over. Otherwise, we may undervalue your case. Many times one surgery will not be enough. In addition to the surgery, you most likely will have to endure physical therapy for several months. And even after that is over, you still may need additional surgeries are various types of adjustments. In any and all of the above scenarios, you’re going to require additional money to pay those bills. In addition to the bills, you have continued to sustain additional pain and suffering. Pain and suffering is a vital component of any personal injury settlement in Georgia.

Permanent Back Injury Settlements

Another thing to consider, is whether you will ever fully heal. Many times after an accident, you will be left disabled. Depending on the severity of injury will determine your disability rating. Knowing this information is vital to settling any back injury case.

Now we’re talking about back injury settlements, many times there is a dispute to the value of the actual case between us and the insurance company. It’s important to understand the insurance companies locate cases in more of an aggregate than on a case-by-case basis. Now, let me completely contradict myself by saying that they will delve deep into every medical record and Bill we send them attempting to settle the case. What I mean by the insurance company settling cases in the aggregate is that there is a range of value to any case once the specific injuries and medical treatments and personality traits are analyzed.

Now based upon the range the insurance company will offer a back injury settlement, and obviously on the lower end of that range. Now, each individual case is different however, they will on occasions risk of high verdict at trial because they know that they will statistically receive a low verdict for a similar case at a different trial. They play the odds. But that is their business model, because every day they can hold your money is the day there earning interest on your money.

Without knowing all the information to the above questions, it would be a complete disservice to you to guess what the average back settlement would be for someone in your particular situation. Now there are journals and reports done annually that indicate median ranges of back injury cases in Georgia. I would encourage you to visit the sources on the Internet. However, although your case may fall within a statistical range, you are not a statistic.

I hope you found this legal article on back injury settlements helpful. Most likely it has narrowed your focus on what insurance companies used to determine the value of your case, but at the same time left you with many more questions. Many of the answers to those questions can only come after you have received appropriate and complete medical treatment. Now, as with anything in negotiations you can always make them go quickly by negotiating out of desperation. This is how to receive a poor back injury settlement. It is a sad and difficult situation that you may be missing work and your family may be without a source of income, so what do you do besides be with a hurt back?

One thing you might do is to look to your own insurance policy to see if you have medical payment insurance. This will provide you with immediate money to pay the doctors you need to see you. As for missing work, that is something that you can be compensated for but that is only when the case is eventually settled.

I know that seems unfair, and it really is. If you’re reading this article before you been an accident, then I encourage you to look for disability insurance separate from your automobile coverage.

I’ll leave you with one other additional consideration for back injury settlements. And that is the amount of insurance that may be available in your case. Many people in Georgia are flat broke, and with the economy as it is, we may find more and more people taking the risk of not having car insurance. And when that person that you, you are going to have a situation to deal with. You can sue the individual. But it is like getting blood from a turnip. The best thing to do in this situation is that hope that you have purchased underinsured motorist coverage. This is an insurance policy that protects you and provides insurance coverage if the other driver is uninsured.

Now, there is an additional type of uninsured motorist coverage that is called UE that helps with damages in a personal injury claim and personal injury settlements. This is uninsured motorist coverage in excess of the other drivers insurance. I don’t want to complicate this conversation but if the other driver has $25,000 in insurance coverage and we could all agree that the value of your case was $50,000, what would your back injury settlement as the plaintiff will be if you had uninsured motorist coverage in the amount $25,000?

The answer depends if you had standard uninsured motorist coverage or access uninsured motorist coverage, so be sure to talk with your attorneys or lawyers. With standard uninsured motorist coverage you will only receive $0.00 from your insurance policy. If you have uninsured motorist coverage that is in excess of the other drivers insurance, then you would be able to received an additional $25,000 on top of the other drivers $25,000 in insurance coverage. Can you see the importance of paying just a few extra dollars a month to get what could in turn be a healthy settlement.

Information on Bike Wrecks by Joseph McClelland

The following article is motorcycle accidents and how they play out legally. The following is not legal advice, but rather a walk through of some initial considerations working on a motorcycle accident case. Always hire an attorney if you are injured in a motorcycle accident before you discuss the case with the insurance representative. What you say will come back to bite you without a doubt. Some of the most difficult cases to get full value on are the cases that the client spoke to the insurance company first. Either they said what their magic number is to settle or said the accident was partially their fault. Never speak to an insurance company without first throwing all the money in your wallet into the trash. This is one of the best points of information of bike wrecks.

Information on Bike Wreck: Dangers of Motorcycle Accidents

One danger of a motorcycle accident is being hurt. We go into some detail about the different types of injuries that can follow an accident. Another danger is being left without enough insurance coverage to get treated. It is often the case that your own health insurance company will deny paying any bills because the other driver is at fault. If the guy who hit you has the minimum amount of insurance, then your doctors may stop treating you. So, now you are not healed. If they do finish treating you, you may have more bills than insurance to cover them. So, not only are you hurt, but now you are broke too. So, instead of calling a personal injury attorney, you will be calling a bankruptcy lawyer. Get more information of bike accidents by calling my office today or keep reading.

Insurance Availability in Motorcycle Accidents
The other driver will have insurance. If the driver lives with a family member or spouse, then you can get their insurance as well. You may have medical payment insurance to help with some of the ongoing bills. You may have uninsured motorist coverage that you can turn to for additional coverage. If you live with someone you may be able to utilize their uninsured motorist coverage. In a personal injury accident case like this, no stone should be left unturned.

Settlements and Verdicts
Because of the insurance available, settling a motorcycle accident case can be easy with the insurance company, and difficult with the hospitals. Because of the extent of most biking accident injuries, getting the insurance company to pay the policy limits is not that difficult. However, you can’t settle unless you can get all creditors to reduce their bills, as well. It always helps to have an experience personal injury attorney work the providers for you because we know exactly what to say and what not to say. It is important to have information on bike wrecks if you have been in one.

Types of Injuries from Motorcycle Accidents
The injuries can quickly stack up. It is more common to be extremely injured than to not be injured at all. Of course, it is because you have no seat belts, no head rest, no airbags, no steering wheel, no windshield, and nothing else. It is you, the other car, and your flying body. Because of this, you are likely to be catastrophically injured. It is not uncommon for bike accidents to be fatal. That means that the injured driver passes away and dies. Therefore, broken bones are very common. Slipped discs in the neck and back are very common. Injuries on top of injuries on top of injuries is possible. The need for additional insurance sources should becoming clear. If you have been a bike wreck or wrecks, you need an attorney.

If you need to learn more, or have been injured in a motorcycle accident, you should contact a personal injury attorney who has represented injured bikers before. It is important to have the necessary skills and know how to handle a complex motorcycle accident case. Until next time, stay classy where ever you are.

Thoughts on small town practice – In this post I talked about what it is like to work in a small town in Georgia. The cases are the same, but the level of involvement is much deeper. You become the family’s lawyer such as what you might expect the richest family in America would have. Before you can finish one case, another family member has a more important legal issue that needs to be addressed. This could really be the stuff of a novel. It is a fun thing to practice in a small town. I get to handle very complex cases that one would not get in a huge city. From tax issues to dog bites, you never know where the day will take you.

Atlanta carriage accident debate – What happens when two cars are racing on Peachtree Street and hit a horse and buggy? A debate starts on whether or not to have horses and buggies. Go figure! We just updated this post with a little bit of context. I love how at the time everyone was talking about the pros and cons of have a carriage going through the city of Atlanta. As someone who lives in Atlanta, I love it. I have never used one here in the city, but all things being equal it is nice to have the option here in the city.

Commissioner Dies in Wreck – Story about a political figure in North Atlanta that died in a car accident. The article dovetails with other articles on wrongful death cases in Georgia. This article get a good bit of traffic even though it is not a fun article. Bad things happen on the way to good things and being on the road is no different. Anything can happen. One of those things is a fatal car accident. They occur everyday in every state, but it is terrible when it happens here in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ponce De Leon Bike Wreck – This story was hot off the press back in the day. Why? Because I was the on the scene as a reporter for this one. Well, I drove by it after it happened and got a good look. Can we all say rubberneck at the same time? We recently updated this page with some new photos. Your’s truely is a photographer after all. My sister normally takes all of the photos, but on this day I grabbed a camera and snapped some nice one right there on Ponce.

Late Night Jokes – I take my stab at a second career with a terrible late night joke about a recent auto accident. I know, I should stick to my day job. Anyway, it was a fun attempt at a silly situation. No harm, no foul. I am a natural j0ke teller, I tell myself all of the time when I am alone and sad…what. Do you think I should stop by and try to get someone to notice me at Turner? I think I should keep my day job as your favorite Atlanta personal injury attorney and Georgia law firm.

Drunk Driver Injures Passenger – Here is tale of your best friend making matters worse. Wait, don’t they always? Kids, don’t drive drunk or this is what you get. It is a lot easier to get mad at the person who seriously hurt you when they are your friend.

Head-On Accident Attorney – This article is about a tragic car accident in Griffin, Georgia. You see these types of head-on accidents a good amount on old county roads because they are so narrow and curvy.

Accident On 75 in Macon – Everyday another major wreck on the souther corridor’s busiest highway. Macon is no exception with tons of cars speeding their way north to Atlanta and beyond and southbound to Florida. We work with attorneys all of the time from out of state. If you are with a personal injury law firm in another state and need a Georgia attorney, then give us a call to work together.

Accidents and Insurance Rates – How do car accidents effect car insurance rates? Well, just click and find out. Don’t make me do it for you. That might be some sort of law suit.
