We just finished a new page on an accident in Newton County. Follow that link to read the full article. We welcome to the Atlanta, Georgia Car Accident Lawyer’s webpage on Newton County. This article is about a tragic accident that is currently unfolding. Please remember that the full article is available by using that link. If you need any questions answered about a potential personal case, give me a call to discuss who we can help you get the compensation you deserve.

About the recent accident: The wreck happened on Saturday evening on Interstate 20. The car went off the road. It is reported that the car hit a tree, and then, hit another tree. Two of the passengers were killed and the third person, the driver was flown to the hospital for car. Tony Horton Jr., 18, and Demontae Sorrells, 19, were killed.

A legal analysis of the above-situation is absolutely too early. Perhaps, a deer, dog, animal shot in front of the car. Maybe a tire blew. You cannot know until more facts come out. The report from Fox mentions that investigators are seeing if alcohol was involved, but that is what is wrong with the media. Shock and awe and forget the facts.

We will discuss this case more fully, but not until more facts come out. It is only fair to not discuss slanderous facts until they are proven.

We represent clients in wrongful death, serious car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, tractor trailer collisions, in Atlanta, Decatur, McDonough, Griffin, Jackson, Monticello, and Macon.

This is a legal news article from the personal injury lawyer, Joseph P. McClelland.

An accident in Brunswick, Georgia sent several children and the driver of their charter bus to the hospital recently. The accident shut down the interstate for several hours. The students were from Providence High School in North Carolina. Also, they were in Georgia for a band competition. Several of the children were taken to the hospital for their injuries. The charter bus driver sustained injuries. Three other cars were involved in the accident, but early reports are slim.

If you need a Georgia Bus Injury Lawyer, then you know who to call. The McClelland Personal Injury Law Firm will help you get full compensation for your injury accident. From the initial consultation to the recovery, we be there…cue soundtrack.

As a personal injury lawyer for Marietta, Atlanta, Decatur, McDonough, Jackson and all of Georgia, I know that cars are designed to withstand an accident with another vehicle. But that motor vehicle needs to be another car. Obviously, when a bus or tractor trailer hits you, the damage will be far worse than the car. Let me explain the physics behind it…just kidding. In terms of a personal injury settlement, a jury is more likely to believe that you were hurt, especially when the injury doesn’t show up on x-rays. So, for example, you are driving on interstate 75 in Stockbridge or McDonough or anywhere, really, and there is an accident up ahead. Everyone stops, except for one 18 wheeler who hits you from behind. This will not be your typical rear-end accident. If you told your friends that you were hit from behind by a car, they will retell the story to others that you had a fender bender (m.i.s.t. for the industry types) When you tell your friends you were hit from behind by a school bus or hit by a tractor trailer in Atlanta, they will retell the story that you almost died. In fact, it was a miracle that you even lived. The jury thinks the same. So do I. So do you. Let me explain the physics, after all…

You can try to handle your own case, but don’t. Do you know what your case is worth? Is that not why you came to this website right now? You are looking for information. I applaud that. But, you would not want me doing your job. Why? You took time to develop your skills and ability. It would take me time to get it down and even more time to be good at it. The same goes with my job. Let me do it, and do it well for you. I regularly negotiate personal injury and car accident claims in my office. I do them myself. I do not have a paralegal handle your case, I do. One call will not get you all, but that is just logical sense. If I only negotiated once, and took their first offer, I would stink. Plain and simple. It takes time to get to a proper settlement. Sometimes, it requires filing suit and proceeding with litigation. Because I can do this, and you cannot, why would they ever make you a non-insulting offer. You can’t do anything but complain. I will sue.

Call today at 770-775-0938. Your Atlanta personal injury attorney, Marietta injury law firm, Decatur 18 wheeler accident lawyer, Stockbridge personal injury representation, McDonough personal injury law firm, Jackson, Georgia Lawyer, Griffin motorcycle injury representation, Macon tractor trailer injury representation.
