This is a continuation of our report on how to get identity theft off your credit report.

TEMPLATE TO DISPUTE IDENTITY TO ALL THE CREDIT AGENCIES AND CREDITOR BELOW

Here is a template to use for your dispute letter to the credit reporting agencies (CRA). You must include a police report for this to be the most effective and allow you to sue if not fixed. If they do not fix the error, contact a Fair Credit Reporting Act Attorney.
